Shipping is NZ wide only.

We aim to ship goods within 2 business days of receiving your order.

Once we've shipped, you’re at the mercy of the courier! However, we do aim for 1-3 days delivery within NZ once shipped.

Please allow extra days for delivery to rural addresses.

Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes so please provide a physical address during checkout.

You will receive an email from us notifying you your product has been sent and the tracking details. It is then up to you to track your own parcel using the tracking number with the company that is delivering it. Sorry we cannot track every parcel we send.

We are not responsible for any lost or missing packages. Please ensure the address you provide is a safe one and is easy to find. If your parcel has become lost in transit, you will need to contact the courier to open an investigation.
